FROM GENOA: A12 Autostrada Motorway direction south to Versilia.
FROM MILAN: A1 Autostrada Motorway direction south to PARMA then take the A15 (Autocamionabile Cisa, highway) to La Spezia and then the A12 direction south to Versilia.
FROM FIRENZE: A11 Autostrada Motorway Firenze-mare (Florence-sea) to LUCCA where you must take the motorway link road to Viareggio. Then the A12 Autostrada Motorway direction north to Versilia
FROM ROME: A1 Autostrada Motorway to FLORENCE then the A11 to Viareggio. Take the A12 Autostrada Motorway direction north to casello Versilia

BY TRAIN:  
PIETRASANTA STATION- ROMA – GENOA SECTIONS
Not many trains stop at Pietrasanta station. VIAREGGIO station is 10 km away and is better connected with long-distance trains arriving there. See the Ferrovie dello Stato (state railways) timetable.
